Webster Community Arts Foundation

The Webster Community Arts Foundation (WCAF) enriches the community by raising awareness of, promoting, and securing financial support to encourage the arts, create regional arts events, and advance community involvement in arts programs and events. The WCAF is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Webster Groves, Missouri.
